DC Electric Group, Inc., based in Cotati, CA, is a union specialty electrical contractor with industry leading expertise in Traffic Signal and Streetlight maintenance and related construction projects. As the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Asch develops and implements strategic planning, oversees all accounting and administrative functions, and provides overall leadership and direct supervision of all operational staff.
Cartelligent, LLC: Chief Executive Officer (2013 - 2015)
Cartelligent is the leading car buying service, providing its clients with an alternative full service car buying experience allowing them to skip the dealership, save time, and save money on their new car buying transaction. First as the Chief Financial Officer, and then later as the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Asch undertook a complete internal reorganization of the company improving and streamlining the finance, accounting, human resources, IT, administrative, and sales functions.
Republic ITS: Chief Financial Officer (2002 - 2011)
Republic ITS, was the national leader in traffic signal and streetlight maintenance and related construction. Services included maintenance, engineering, and construction services to municipal, county and state agencies. As the CFO and part owner, Mr. Asch was responsible for the direct management oversight of Accounting and Finance, IT, Human Resources, Union Labor Relations, and Legal and Risk Management. He also played a key operational role with oversight responsibilities in the New England and Southern California regions. During his tenure, the Company grew 8x and Mr. Asch was instrumental in positioning Republic ITS for acquisition in 2010 by Siemens Industry, Inc. Post acquisition, Mr. Asch lead the company-wide integration of systems, staff, and processes into those of a world-wide organization. Prior to acquisition by Siemens, Mr. Asch was responsible for all Republic ITS M&A activities from target identification through due diligence, acquisition, and all post acquisition integration activities.
